Dapper Wallet not connecting
Turn off pop-up blocker and retry
Confirm that you can connect to NBA Top Shot (or any other Dapper Sports platform)
If you have tried the above steps, can connect to NBA Top Shot and cannot connect to Flowty, please open a #support ticket via our Discord
Blocto Wallet not connecting
Disconnect then reconnect wallet
Please open a #support ticket via our Discord
I just purchased / rented an NFT via Blocto and I don't see it in my Blocto wallet
Wait five minutes - blockchain transactions may take longer than expected
Check to see if the NFT appears in your Flowty Profile
If YES: The NFT is safely in your wallet and the issue is likely a display error on the Blocto side
If NO: Please open a #support ticket via our Discord
I am missing an NFT in my wallet
If anything is displayed incorrectly or is missing in your (or another user's) wallet:
Ensure that you are connected with the correct wallet
If you are connected with the correct wallet but are still having issues, refresh Profile using this button (you can refresh another user's profile):
Why are "Sort" and "Filter" disabled in the marketplace?
Select a listing type (Buy Now, Rental, Loan) to enable Sort and Filter in the marketplace. Because we have many listing types, there is no logical way to sort / filter until a listing type is selected.
Note: You can always search / filter by collection trait in the marketplace, since traits are not listing type-specific
Other Issues
Try a hard refresh

Supported Tokens
Dapper Wallet
Flowty has added Dapper Wallet support for secondary marketplace transactions. As of now, Dapper Wallet is not compatible with Flowty Loans or Rentals.
Dapper Wallet cannot store traditional crypto tokens. Instead, Dapper Wallet can store the following:
Dapper Balance - a currency that represents US Dollars. Dapper Balance cannot be used outside of Dapper Wallet transactions.
Flow Utility Token (FUT) - a currency that represents FLOW tokens. Throughout Flowty, we refer to FUT as Dapper FLOW for simplicity's sake. Though they are equivalent from a value standpoint, Dapper FLOW is not the same as FLOW tokens.
Both Dapper Balance and FUT, which we can Dapper FLOW for simplicity's sake, are similar to poker chips in that they represent other currencies but cannot be used outside of Dapper Wallet.
Outside of Dapper Wallet, we support the following fungible tokens (all Flow blockchain based):
Stablecoins (pegged to USD):
$USDC
Non-Stablecoins (fluctuating USD value):
$LOPPY
No Longer Supporting:
$tUSDT (Teleported USDT) $FUSD
If you would like us to add support for another token, please let us know in Discord
How to Acquire / Sell Supported Tokens Under Different Scenarios:

Keep FLOW or convert to desired Flow-based token using Blocto Swap
Most Direct:
Open Blocto app
Navigate to Wallet

Select withdrawal and search for the currency you wish to withdraw
Input your Blocto Flow wallet address and the withdrawal amount
Click withdraw and confirm the transaction
The funds will appear in your wallet shortly thereafter
Scenario 2: Have crypto, need Flow token (step-by-step video)
As of May 19, 2022, users in many countries can now use Coinbase to purchase FLOW. For some, selling other crypto and purchasing FLOW via Coinbase may be the easiest option.
To swap Ethereum tokens to Flow tokens, you need to convert crypto to USDC first
Go to Uniswap
Connect Ethereum wallet
Swap crypto for USDC (Ethereum version)
Confirm the swap - you will be charged a gas fee for this transaction
Transfer USDC from Ethereum to Flow
Go to Blocto teleport
Sign in with a Blocto account
Connect an Ethereum wallet (containing USDC)
Input USDC in ‘from’ and USDC in ‘to’
Enable USDC
Approve USDC
Teleport (may take 5–10 minutes, per Blocto)
Swap USDC for other Flow tokens
Open Blocto
Input USDC in ‘from’ and [target token] in ‘to’ and confirm the swap
Scenario 3: Have one type of Flow token, need another type of Flow token
Go to Blocto
Sign in with your Blocto account
Input [token you have] in ‘from’ and [target token] in ‘to’
Click swap
Confirm the swap
Scenario 4: Have Flow token, need Ethereum-based tokens
Swapping for Eth-based tokens
Go to Blocto swap
Swap Flow token for USDC
Open Blocto teleport
Select ‘connect Ethereum wallet’ and connect your wallet [IMPORTANT: if you want to transfer to your metamask (or any non-Blocto Ethereum wallet), use the desktop version of Blocto, not the app. The app will force you to create a Blocto Ethereum wallet and you will need to transfer to your metamask.]
Input USDC in ‘from’ and USDC in ‘to’
Confirm the swap
Open Uniswap
Swap USDC for desired token — there will be a gas fee
Scenario 5: Have Flow token, need fiat
Easiest:
Convert Flow token to FLOW
Send to Coinbase
Sell -> withdraw
Alternative:
Go to Blocto

Send FLOW to an exchange (Kraken, Kucoin, etc)
Sell FLOW and send proceeds to bank
Scenario 6: Have Dapper Balance, need Flow tokens
Easiest (for users with this feature enabled):
Open Dapper Wallet
Select “Home”
Select “Withdraw Balance”
Withdraw to USDC on Flow
Use USDC or swap to desired token on Flow via Blocto swap
Alternative:

Send USDC to Coinbase
Sell USDC on Coinbase
Buy FLOW on Coinbase
Alternative:
Open Dapper Wallet
Select “Home”
Select “Withdraw Balance”
Withdraw to USDC on Ethereum
Teleport USDC (Eth) to USDC (Flow) via Blocto teleport
Use USDC (Flow) or swap to desired token on Flow via Blocto swap
Scenario 7: Have Flow-based token, need Dapper balance
Easiest:
Convert tokens to FLOW via Blocto swap
Send FLOW to Coinbase
Sell FLOW
Deposit fiat in Dapper balance or purchase USDC (eth) and deposit Dapper balance
Alternative:
Go to Blocto swap
Swap Flow token for USDC (Flow) (skip if you already have USDC)
Open Blocto teleport
Select ‘connect Ethereum wallet’ and connect your wallet
IMPORTANT: If you want to transfer to your metamask (or any non-Blocto Ethereum wallet), use the desktop version of Blocto, not the app. The app will force you to create a Blocto Ethereum wallet and you will need to go through another step to transfer the tokens to your Metamask.
Input USDC in ‘from’ and USDC in ‘to’
Confirm the swap
Deposit USDC to Dapper balance
Supported Crypto Wallets
"Dapper is a digital wallet that lets you access and interact with your NFTs on the Flow blockchain. It performs all traditional wallet functions, such as funds storage and sales transaction processing, but with one major difference—Dapper is also a decentralized app that lives on the Flow blockchain, just like your NFTs. Think of it as a key that lets you discover and secure your digital assets. In a broader sense, Dapper is one of the easiest ways to access Web3." (Source)
Please note: Dapper Wallet can only be used to buy/sell NFTs on Flowty. We hope to integrate Flowty Rentals and Flowty Loans with Dapper Wallet soon.
"Unleashing the full potential of blockchain technology has never been easier. Manage your crypto, dApps, and NFT all-in-once through Blocto, the cross-chain crypto wallet." (Source)
"Lilico is the first non-custodial wallet on Flow blockchain. As a Flow Client Library (FCL) compatible wallet, Lilico enables you to access Web 3.0, NFTs, tokens and dApps.
In prioritizing your privacy, Lilico gives you full control over your assets. Lilico also allows you to explore all that Web3 has to offer to make your overall experience easy, fun and secure." (Source)
"A wallet for your favorite blockchain apps and games." (Source)
"NuFi is a non-custodial Hardware-wallet-friendly staking, management, and secure storage solution for your Flow tokens. NuFi will allow you to view your Flow NFTs in a well-designed NFT gallery and store them securely. Moreover, you will be able to connect to your favorite Flow dApps without compromising privacy or control (similar to MetaMask, coming soon)." (Source)
Please let us know in Discord if you would like to see us add support for a specific wallet.
3rd Party Valuation Providers
In order to assist Flowty's users in determining terms for new listings and assessing rental and loan listings, Flowty displays metrics from 3rd party providers throughout the platform
Importantly, all valuations and other metrics on flowty do not represent financial advice and are for informational purposes only. They are based on calculations and models that may have errors, are subject to downtime, may yield different results than alternative sources, and are not intended to be used as the basis for any financial decisions. Flowty and the 3rd party platforms listed below do not guarantee the accuracy of valuations. Users should always do their own research on all flowty decisions.
The following are the third party valuations providers that we currently support:
Own the Moment (NBA Top Shot + NFL All Day)
Flov.dev (Flovatar)

As of November 25, 2022 (subject to change), the valuation estimate was a build-up of the component parts of a Flovatar, based on current floor prices of the components
General FAQ
How do I purchase / sell tokens that can be used on flowty?
Please visit our post on how users can purchase / sell tokens under various scenarios
My fungible tokens / NFTs are not showing up in my wallet, what is wrong?
In most cases, this will mean that you have not yet added the collection or token to your 3rd party wallet. Please be sure to navigate to the "+" and add the relevant fungible token or NFT collection to your wallet.
I have reviewed the FAQ and other documents and still have questions, can you help?
Of course! Please join our Discord and feel free to reach out to any of our mods or team members
When will Flowty be adding support for more collections / tokens?
We are always looking to add support for more platforms and tokens on Flow. Please visit the #suggestions channel in our discord and let us know what you would like to see supported on flowty.
How do royalties work on Flowty?
There is no uniform or universal standard across blockchains or even on any single blockchain for collecting and remitting royalties. We will continue to monitor NFT issuer policy developments and technological advancements related to royalty payments across the broader NFT ecosystem.
It is possible that users may be required to pay a different or additional royalty from what is collected on Flowty directly to an NFT Issuer. Royalty obligations, if any, are established and enforced by NFT issuers. The terms of the royalty requirements for secondary transfers can vary widely based on the issuer, the original minting platform, metadata and other terms embedded in each NFT, and other variables.
Per our Terms of Service, Flowty is never a party to any NFT transfers.
Platform Risks
Currency fluctuations during the life of a loan or rental (only applicable for FLOW or other non-stablecoin based loans).
Cryptocurrencies are volatile, and the value of the underlying token could move considerably during a loan or rental, which can affect Borrowers, Lenders, Owners, or Renters.
Some may be comfortable viewing a loan in terms of FLOW (or another token) but others may prefer to think of loans in terms of USD.
If you prefer to think in USD, we recommend that you utilize tUSDT (Teleported Tether), FUSD (Flow’s stablecoin) or USDC, all of which are pegged to USD.
Market standards shift during the life of the loan or rental (your listing or transaction does not reflect market terms relative to how market has evolved).
Especially in the early days of the platform, market standards will likely change over relatively short timeframes.
It may be frustrating as a participant to see that you could have paid a lower interest rate, secured a larger loan, received more interest, gotten better rental terms, etc.
To the extend that you would prefer a more stable market, we encourage you to give the market an opportunity for price discovery and revisit the platform in the future.
We will do our best to share statistics and data from historical loans and rentals to inform users to help the market reach a level of stability sooner rather than later.
Smart contract, Flowty platform, Flow blockchain, or other third-party service provider bug, downtime, maintenance, vulnerability, or interruption.
Using or interacting with a smart contract / blockchain entails risks that can never be fully mitigated. There are hacks, vulnerabilities, bugs, and more.
Flow has an extensive and robust contract review process (essentially an audit) that any platform on Flow must pass before it is permitted to launch on the Flow blockchain.
The contract review process is not a guarantee that nothing can or will go wrong, but it is certainly a strong signal that the platform is functioning as intended.
We have done and will do everything possible to provide a secure ecosystem for our users and will communicate early and often should an issue arise.
We operate on the Flow blockchain and utilize third-party services. Each may have issues that are out of our control and may prevent repayment or funding of loans, rental returns, or other actions that can be taken on Flowty. We have worked hard to minimize our reliance on third parties and will always community as issues arise.
Please note that use of the platform is at the user’s risk. We will do our best to ensure that users do not suffer losses from any platform or smart contract issues, but cannot guarantee any sort of refund should there be an issue.
